本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Purevue（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になることで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は、Apple標準使用許諾契約（Apple Standard EULA）を補完するものです。本規約とApple Standard EULAの間に矛盾がある場合、Apple Standard EULAが優先されます。
1. サービス内容
本アプリは、写真に短いメモを添えて保存するためのアプリケーションです。写真ライブラリから選択した写真にメモを添付し、リストとして整理する機能を提供します。
2. 利用条件
- 本アプリの利用にはiOS 17以降を搭載したAppleデバイスが必要です。
- 写真ライブラリへのアクセスには、お客様の明示的な許可が必要です。
3. サブスクリプション
- Pro機能は月額サブスクリプションとして提供されます。
- サブスクリプションの価格はApp Storeの購入画面に表示されます。価格は地域および為替レートにより異なる場合があります。
- サブスクリプションはAppleのApp内課金を通じて処理されます。
- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する24時間前までにキャンセルされない限り自動的に更新されます。
- サブスクリプションの管理およびキャンセルは、iOSの設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプションから行えます。
- 無料トライアル期間が提供される場合、未使用分はサブスクリプション購入時に失効します。
4. 知的財産権
本アプリの著作権、商標およびその他の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。お客様が本アプリを通じて作成したメモやリストの内容に関する権利は、お客様に帰属します。
5. 免責事項
- 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。
- 開発者は、本アプリの利用によって生じたデータの損失、損害について責任を負いません。
- 開発者が損害賠償責任を負う場合であっても、その額はお客様が本アプリに対して支払った直近12ヶ月間のサブスクリプション料金の合計額を上限とします。
- 重要なデータについては、定期的なバックアップをお勧めします。
6. 禁止事項
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブル
- 本アプリを利用した違法行為
- 本アプリの機能を妨害する行為
7. 規約の変更
本規約は、必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、変更の30日前までにアプリのアップデートを通じてお知らせします。変更後に本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
8. 準拠法・管轄裁判所
本規約は、日本法に準拠し解釈されるものとします。本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using Purevue ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.
1. Service Description
The App is an application for saving short memos attached to photos. It provides functionality to attach memos to photos selected from your photo library and organize them into lists.
2. Requirements
- The App requires an Apple device running iOS 17 or later.
- Access to the photo library requires your explicit permission.
3. Subscriptions
- Pro features are offered as a monthly subscription.
- Subscription pricing is displayed on the App Store purchase screen. Prices may vary by region and exchange rate.
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion expires upon subscription purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
Copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of the App belong to the developer. Rights to memos and list content you create through the App belong to you.
5. Disclaimer
- THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- The developer is not liable for any data loss or damage resulting from the use of the App.
- In the event that the developer is held liable for damages, the total liability shall be limited to the aggregate subscription fees paid by you for the App during the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
- Regular backups are recommended for important data.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Illegal activities using the App
- Interfering with the App's functionality
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be changed as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
